    i'm convinced that it is time to move, 3 yrs is enough
    time to move on
    + i realize that teddy's plan is a sound plan
    go cheap so we can buy more space elsewhere

    this home buying thing is probably one of the toughest decisions we have to make together

    we're told to not expect the first to be lived in more than 3 yrs

    well yea, cos we can't afford anything nice
    but i'd like to think otherwise and pay more for a place i don't mind working for to eventually pay off.
    course it's probably stupid to think that way..

    buying a place is a pain
    i know how prev residents feel now when this neighborhood started to be gentrified and people were driven out cos now we're driven out too

    not that many spaces available there
    mostly small
    if only i put money on funnycide i would win some much needed dough..

    i almost forgot i had a wonderful time at the farm
    had a little campfire
    ate lots
    slept soundly
    it's fun being out in nature
