  never anything to the extreme
  and don't forget those people who drank themselves to death
  alcohol still kills a heck of a lot more people
  (stupid college kid downing too many tequilas anyone?)
  factor in drunk driving and it goes even higher in comparison
  
  it's a gift not meant to be abused
