  • leaving work early is always fun. and early by my standards is 5.30.
    went to chinatown, shopped for lobsters, vegetables, a wok (finally), sauces
    somehow packed it all on the bike.
    how 4 lobsters stuffed at the bottom of the tank bag weighed down with stuff survived the journey, i'm not sure
    but those little tasty crustaceans are resilient and delicious
    mmm.
    some to think of it, that was the first time i cooked lobster at home.
    i take that back, lobster was cooked at home, cos heck i was too squemish to even hold it up. (i held up the limpest one that was probably at the bottom, it was half orange probably from the tank heat)
