  • think i'm finally liking the fact that i'm single
    i may change my mind once it gets cold and nasty again
    but heck
    summer's just started
    it's all about doing the things i've postponed for so long
    for reasons involving others or general lack of courage
    i'm old enough to feel it's now or never
    so it is now or never...
    .
    the ultimate event test for whether or not i'm over this whole biz
    is for me to attend a wedding and be happy
    not fuckin jaded depressed and bitter
    i skipped out a close coworkers wedding right after the breakup for this reason
    good thing no one i know's getting hitched soon
    most are already poppin babies
    some are waiting to finish school first
    gives me more time to prepare

    my toss up is whether i bring the bike..
    cause if that's the case i'll need k to escort me since he thinks i'm going to get hit by a yellowcab and die if i go by myself (cos my bike's too quiet) and i can't drink/smoke :D
