i got my ass whooped last night
ok not that i was falling all over the place
i delivered good blocks skated well but just didn’t have the endurance
dang
it was hard to keep up/catch up with the pack once you’re down, thrown out of course
gotta get used to frequent running starts
i keep falling back after the first few laps
as penance
i rode my 1gear bicycle today even though my legs are still sore
well i also have to go out drinking later
and a drunk on a bike if much safer than just-a-little-buzzed on a motorcycle

stretched muscles in places i didn’t know had muscles.
