got temporary filling/bond
still depressed
someone shoot me so i have a bigger tragedy and can move along to better things other than obsessing about my teeth.
need to get 2 crowns at 650 apiece and a root canal for the broken tooth
now i thought only old people get crowns
i guess i fall into that category for being stupid and wasting a perfectly good pair of incisors on a manhattan pavement.
i'm forever going to be that girl whose two front teeths are black under blacklight.
so embarassing and depressing
i'm not vain when it comes to scars and blemishes
but teeth?
they're so noticeable :
being a painter i can't help but notice how the filling/bond is so
obvious because of the demarcation between slightly translucent teeth
and the opaque bond.
i hate myself for being stupid and irresponsible.
really friday night was enoug irresponsibility
why the fuck did i go out again saturday
that i'll never know

but it's so glaring i can't help it.

I got at least four teeth with black fillings, back in those days they didn't have white bond. If you wanna save on crowns, may want to do it at Indo, unless they are urgent of course.
Sometimes I think about my two front bucktooth teeth and how funny they look, but Wanda says they are cute and make me look less scary. The lighter side of things...
Maybe you wanna do less derby in the future, cuz?
it's not derby related i fell on my face because i wasn't paying too much attentiioni guess and having my hands in my pocket. i'll wear a mouthguard for derby. ain't stopping me now. i mean the worst that can happen, already happened
Oh man, I didn't realise that you cut a portion of your tooth till I read your posts carefully. Is there a method whereby you can add to the missing bit?
i added regular filling for now, but you can always tell because it's opaque not like natural teeth that is a bilt transluscent at the ends
Yeah, I know. I've got some of those too. Dentist told me that my saliva contains a high level of some sort of secretion that stimulates the building of plaque.
Also if my saliva mixes with some sugar compound, it can easily corrode my teeth. So I've got black fillings, white ones and some crowns on my teeth. Man, it's a circus =)
