    i havent' been able to brether right since 8 am this morning
    bben trying to sleeep again but now use
    need to get some allergy meds cos i gotta strt working soon for the bout
    gah..

  • take claritin d and drink lots of water.  definitely works at least for me. my allergies are always horrible.  i can't even wear contacts b/c my eyes are so itchy and red.
