  • no more kfc ever

    after last nite's late nite oily binge
    i'm now paying with a horrible stomachache
    omfg
    'what do they put in those things..
    .
    let's just say it was just like morning sickness
    ugh.
    back to fruits and granola, bagel w cream cheese & croissant
    all-natural goodness..
    (boy i eat a lot..)

    to reaffirm kfc = evil
    if you eat a 3 piece chicken meal, you consume the same amount of trans fat allowable a week!
    no wonder i got so sick...

    it's definitely NOT the kfc i grew up with
    yknow back in indo when i was a kid they used to sell the batter
    covered chicken skin.. lol in a pouch for Rp1000 which now is ~10cents
