starting to love frozen cut vegetables, microwaved w salt n butter.

but how healthy are frozen veggies?
do they have the same nutritional benefits as raw veggies, which then gets incinerated in my wok?
even when i bake it, like asparagus, i tend to overcook.. still yummy,
but i do wonder if i strip out the vitamins.. anyway... i should ask
our in-house nutritionist

of course after this seemingly helthy food choice options i have
i end up buying a 2 piece KFC dinenr, extra crispy and scarfed it down
holy mother of lord, what was i thinking.
well should hold me off for a few months
blah. that weird taste is still in my mouth. preservatives or something...
