  • all this talk bout futures
    i knew what i want since i was 5
    i want to paint all day long
    in a shack by the beach
    paint whatever i wanted
    just because i wanted to
    all my life so far
    i'm simply finding ways to
    get to this state

    seems simple but it ain't
    paint costs money
    canvas costs money
    where am i going to put it
    what am i going to do with it
    how do i support myself
    living on the beach
    who pays for the shack
    how do i get food
    sigh...

    life and it's responsibilities

    and when you do what you're supposed to
    pay your bills cook your dinners
    buy your paints work that job
    you're too exhausted to do little else..

  • yeah exactly... man. makes me wish the days where things were much simpler!   accountability and responsibility can be such a bummer.  harhar

  • yes....and...yes.  If only we could all be pursuing those lost, but not forgetten, dreams.

  • Keep your dream alive, if not in your mind then in your heart. Perhaps one day it will come true, maybe it won't.

    But at the end you'll see that the journey makes you richer inside and believe your goal is worth fighting for.
