    just got the estimate for everything we want to do done by the contractor approved by the co-op
    : can't afford
    :| have spend everything and scrape
    :/ doesn't include kitchen but everything else
    how do you decide if it's worth it?
    problem with not being able to do most ourselves other than just plain i don't really know how is because we don't own the place
    so the board wants eveything insured for every little possible damage.
    again. money sucks
