MAC crashes every now and then, but not as often as PC. When that happens rebuild your desktop during start up (Apple + Alt + Control) on MacOS 9.0. If you are using MacOS X, you need to download some softwares that will help you with issues such as this.
When sending out emails with attachments to PC, there is always an accompanying mac file (1Kb) for each attachment. Just make sure your PC receiver is aware of this. I'd spent time explaining to my clients not to bother with the 1Kb files, but they still tried to open them. Made me frustrated at times, heh heh.
Also if you do any graphic works, remember that many (cool) Mac fonts are not available on PC, so you may want to convert your text to paths first.
