  • making beef stew

    possibly the most complicated thing I've ever made.
    I mean geez.. I had to go buy a new pot, cheesecloth and cognac for it

    well i do love a good bowl of beef stew.. mm but it serves 8 so i guess
    it'll be beef stew for a week .. :D :D

    tho knowing me, it'll be half a week cos serves 2 means serves 1 for me..
    .
    it's smelling goooooddd..
    but i'm also tired .. dude, anything that requires a 24 hour marinade and 4 hour simmer is waaaay too much work meng...
    .
    what  can i say, it looks like sh*t but it tastes so good :P
    beef and red wine + cognac cooking for 4 frikkin hours.. blah..
