alas ain't happening
we can't get a home equity loan because our place is < 600 sf (wtf?)
contractors aren't bidding for our please redo our bathroom project, because it's too small
and those that are are not licensed & don't have insurance = coop won't let em work big (tho obviously too small) project or have really high quotes for our tiny bath
we have to get this all done by early feb, cos we better start living there in march or else will never have enough moola to do anything
